Earlier this summer, Tampa Electric paused service disconnections for nonpayment. Disconnections for nonpayment will soon resume. If you have a past-due balance, now is the time to apply for financial assistance, set up a payment arrangement or make a payment to maintain the electric service you depend on. We’re here to help.

If you need immediate assistance due to trouble with electrical equipment or you see a downed power line or an open transformer, please keep your distance and let us know right away by calling 1-877-588-1010.
